Special Event: Weather Roulette Breakdown

Round 8 at Road Atlanta will be an extra-long 75 minute affair that will feature randomly generated rapid-fire weather changes. This random generation was done via dice roll once for every 15 minute interval during the sessions, the shortest amount of time a block of weather can last.

There are 23 intervals total:
Pre-Practice: 1
Practice: 10
Pre-Qualifying: 2
Qualifying: 1
Pre-Race: 3
Race: 5
Post-Race: 1

The table used while rolling was weighted to favor dry weather, but did not entirely remove the possibility of wet weather shenanigans.
